Hartmann Biofilter: Bio-based module filters and air washers
The Hartmann biofilter is available as a surface filter. Above the coarse seave is a layered bio-matrix consisting of a biological layer of wood. Various types of softwood woodchips can be used here. They break down the harmful toxic gases with the help of microorganisms and thus sustainably clean polluted air.
This filter system also efficiently filters out the fine dust that can arise in a wide variety of production processes. The degree of moisture in the filter material is kept at an optimum level by a fully automatic, computer-controlled humidification system. This creates an extremely positive living environment for the biological microorganisms in the organic bed, in which they can develop optimally.
The non-chemical cleaning of the air: bio-based and sustainable
This process guarantees the greatest possible cleaning of polluted air for people, animals and the environment without the use of chemical substances with the greatest possible service life and low maintenance costs.
Thanks to the modular design, it is possible to dimension the filter system precisely, to adapt it to local requirements and still guarantee constant expandability. If your company grows, the filter can also grow (with it). Large investments in new filter systems are therefore largely eliminated.
